Privacy Policy
MarKit is a shot card and camera department planning tool for commercial and film production. This Privacy Policy explains how MarKit handles information when you use the app.
1. Information We Collect
MarKit is designed as a local-first production planning tool. The app may store the following information on your device:
- Project names and shot card details
- Camera, lens, grip equipment, and custom library entries
- Storyboard images, reference photos, demo videos, notes, and related media that you add manually
- App preferences such as language, theme, and Pro Test Mode settings during testing
MarKit does not require account registration for its core local features.
2. Local Storage and Media Files
Your project data and media are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them. MarKit does not automatically upload your shot cards, photos, videos, or project packages to a cloud server.
3. Project Import and Export
MarKit may create or open .mkt project packages when you actively choose to import, export, or share a project. These files may include your project data and media files. You control when and where these files are shared.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
If MarKit offers paid features in the future, purchases and subscriptions will be processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat or Apple services. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not collected by MarKit.
5. Third-Party Services
MarKit may use Apple system services for file sharing, document import/export, and in-app purchases. If RevenueCat is integrated, it may process subscription status and related non-sensitive purchase entitlement data. MarKit does not sell personal data.
6. Permissions
MarKit may allow you to select or add media such as photos and videos to your shot cards. Any permission request is used only for the feature you choose to use, such as adding local reference media to a project.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored by MarKit remains on your device until you delete projects, remove media, uninstall the app, or clear app data. Exported .mkt files remain wherever you save or share them.
8. Children’s Privacy
MarKit is intended for professional production planning and is not directed to children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

MarKit 是一款面向广告与影视制作摄影组的 Shot Card 与器材计划工具。本隐私政策说明 MarKit 在你使用 App 时如何处理信息。
1. 我们收集的信息
MarKit 采用本地优先的设计。App 可能会在你的设备本地保存以下信息：
- 项目名称与 Shot Card 内容

- 你主动添加的故事板图片、参考照片、预演视频、备注及相关媒体文件

MarKit 的本地核心功能不要求用户注册账号。
2. 本地存储与媒体文件
你的项目数据和媒体文件会保存在你的设备本地，除非你主动选择导出或分享。MarKit 不会自动把你的 Shot Card、照片、视频或项目包上传到云端服务器。
3. 项目导入与导出
当你主动选择导入、导出或分享项目时，MarKit 可能会创建或打开 .mkt 项目包。这些文件可能包含项目数据和媒体文件。你可以自行控制这些文件保存或分享的位置。
4. 购买与订阅
如果 MarKit 未来提供付费功能，购买和订阅将通过 Apple App 内购买处理。订阅状态可能通过 RevenueCat 或 Apple 服务管理。支付信息由 Apple 处理，MarKit 不会收集你的支付卡信息。
5. 第三方服务
MarKit 可能使用 Apple 系统服务进行文件分享、文档导入/导出和 App 内购买。如果未来接入 RevenueCat，它可能用于处理订阅状态及相关权益数据。MarKit 不会出售个人数据。
6. 权限
MarKit 允许你向 Shot Card 添加照片、视频等媒体。任何权限请求仅用于你主动选择使用的功能，例如向项目添加本地参考素材。
7. 数据保留与删除
MarKit 保存的数据会保留在你的设备上，直到你删除项目、移除媒体、卸载 App 或清除 App 数据。已导出的 .mkt 文件会保留在你保存或分享的位置。
8. 儿童隐私
MarKit 面向专业制作流程，不面向儿童。

我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并更新“最后更新日期”。
